(Washington, DC) The DC Snow Team advises caution when walking, cycling or driving Saturday because of the rain/snow mix predicted for Saturday afternoon and below freezing temperatures expected overnight. Forecasters predict little or no accumulation of snow.

The Team will deploy about 60 plows Saturday afternoon and will adjust that deployment should conditions change. Property owners may treat their sidewalks Saturday with abrasives to help prevent slipping by pedestrians.
