The Chairman of the DC Taxicab Commission has determined that the authorization for District taxicabs to charge the Snow Emergency Fare is extended until further notice. District taxicabs are required to add a flat fee of $15 to the metered fare.

No Transport DC service is available to align with the WMATA decision to continue the extension of the suspension of MetroAccess through Monday January 25. Transport DC customers may seek feedback about service or other issues by contacting [email protected] or [email protected].  

For-hire vehicle operators are advised to monitor the DCTC web site to be aware of updates and changes.  Riders that encounter srevice problems are advise to contact (855) 484-4966 or [email protected] and provide a brief description of the issue.
